Here you will find what I'm working on at the moment. Use the menus at the left of the page to navigate to the page relevant to that item.
Please note that beyond the "Fragments" section, there won't be any actual "writing" from any of these projects on their respective pages. For samples of my writing, you'll need to go to my blog. The aim of these pages is to whet the appetite, and to keep you informed of what I'm working on and how it is progressing, if that interests you.
Novels
Unsurprisingly, these are the ideas I'm developing into full-length books. All titles are, of course, temporary. I won't settle on a title until much, much later, and to be honest, titles may be forced upon me by others!
Novellas/Short stories
When I first began writing, I usually wrote short stories, I suppose because I had neither the time nor the patience for anything longer. In fact, one of the book ideas I am working on now was inspired by a short story that forms part of the Major Arcana series, and can be viewed as a prequel to it.
Fragments
If I am stuck for inspiration, or just when I need a break from longer pieces of work, I often write very short conept pieces. Often these are not much longer than a few lines, but can help me get into an emotion or a frame of mind that I need to express in a longer piece.
Non Fiction
When I was still in the frame of mind that I might have a career in law, I had a few ideas for legal books that I would like to write. Some of them might still be worth pursuing, so we'll see what becomes of them.
